By accessing or using Noro AI (referred to as "the Platform", "Noro AI", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform and must cease operations immediately.

2. Subscription and Account Activation

Noro AI is a subscription-based platform. Users must select a licensing plan, complete payment, and upload their payment proof (receipt/transaction invoice). To request account activation, users must contact our team on Telegram at https://t.me/noroaiplus. Our administrators review receipt logs manually. Account activation is subject to manual security audit and verification.

3. License Grant & Acceptable Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform solely for your personal or internal business operations. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract components from the chart scanning algorithms.
• Expose dashboard credentials or API keys to un-authorized parties.
• Share subscription access with non-registered users.
• Upload malicious code, corrupted chart files, or obscene media materials.

4. Disclaimers of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noro AI and its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses, trade drawdowns, or system downtime arising out of your reliance on the tools, prompt outputs, or manual support services.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Noro AI could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Noro AI does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
