1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of the services, resources, and custom neural model computing power utilized during chart scans, all subscription transactions and lifetime license purchases processed on Noro AI are strictly final and non-refundable.
2. Unactivated Accounts
If you uploaded payment proof but your license has not yet been approved or activated by the admin, you can request a transaction cancellation and return of your cryptocurrency transfer. This must be requested via Telegram support at https://t.me/noroaiplus *before* the license state transitions to active. Once a license is activated and chart analysis quotas are consumed, refunds cannot be initiated.
3. Exceptions & Support
If you encounter billing discrepancies, duplicate receipt processing, or technical issues preventing you from accessing your dashboard after manual approval, please contact our support desk immediately. We are committed to working with you to resolve any technical faults.
